Delete from inside the app
- Open Sage Owl Academy.
- Tap your profile picture at the top of the home screen to open your profile.
- Scroll to the end of Settings and tap Delete my account (it is called Erase all my data if you never signed in).
- Tap Delete to confirm. On a child’s profile, the app first asks for the parents’ PIN. For your security, the app may also ask you to sign in again with Apple, Google or Microsoft. The deletion then happens straight away.
Only the account holder can delete the account. To remove just one person, open the family view, choose that person and tap Remove person (on a child’s profile, the app first asks for the parents’ PIN); this also removes that profile’s copy from the cloud backup.
Ask us by email
If you no longer have the app, write to info@lexkurion.com with the subject “Delete my account”. Tell us how you signed in (Apple, Google or Microsoft) and, if possible, send the message from the email address of that account. We may ask a few questions to make sure the request comes from the account holder, and we complete the deletion within 30 days at the latest, usually much sooner. We will confirm by email when it is done.
What is deleted
- Every profile on the phone, with its topics, lessons, answers, chat messages, progress, review cards, plans and any notes from Sage, and the same data in the cloud backup.
- The photos, family album and cached voices kept by the app on the phone.
- The parents’ PIN.
- Sage’s house, outfits, stickers, medals and other rewards.
- On our servers: the backup, usage counters, plan record, referral record and reports.
- Your sign-in identity (the link to your Apple, Google or Microsoft account), including a guest’s.
Deletion cannot be undone.
What may be kept, and for how long
- Anonymous safety records, which hold no words and no account, are kept for up to 90 days.
- Analytics and crash reports expire on Firebase’s schedule and are used only in aggregate.
- Backups and security logs may hold small amounts of information for a short time before they are overwritten.
- Purchase and cost accounting records are kept by us. Apple, Google and RevenueCat keep their own purchase records as the law requires for accounting and tax.
Your subscription
